I am a real estate valuation expert, I've spent the last several years comping/valuing 1000’s of properties and mentoring under several veteran appraisers. I currently run my own real estate appraisal business where I provide residential valuations for traditional bank financing, pre listing appraisals for real estate agents & ARV desktop appraisals for investors. I also have a real estate investing business focused on buying rental properties through seller finance with my partners, traditional buy and holds, and flipping. When I am not working in either of those businesses I am either teaching other investors about comping, hanging with my wife & son or playing golf.
